SWISCo Limited is a company wholly owned by and delivering services on behalf of Torbay Council.
SWISCo is seeking to purchase three used Artic Tractor units and is seeking responses from interested Suppliers who have available vehicles that meet the high level specification.
Torbay Council is facilitating this Expression of Interest on behalf of SWISCo.
