Outdoor Playground, Fitness & Sports Facilities Further Competition Lot 9 Wetpour Rubber Surfacing

Tenderers are required to submit prices for the 7 playgrounds listed on the attached supporting documentation.

The prices submitted should be broken down to provide a cost for each individual item/area within each park as some areas may need to be deleted from the schedule of works to keep within allocated budget.

All bids must be inclusive of the following requirements:

• oTake up, removal and disposal of all original existing safety surface material and all associated waste.
• oSupply and lay wetpour safety surface in black
• oSupply and lay wetpour safety surface in colour as an alternative costing
• oProvide on-site welfare facilities as required
• oSupply and maintain 1.8 metre Herras security fencing as required
• oInclude for clearance of weed growth
• oPlease allow for a full on-site survey for all areas to check wetpour depths and areas. Further to ensure awareness of access points, entrance security and distances on site.
