PfH are looking for a supplier who can also facilitate onsite and/or offsite hybrid mail solutions including printing, addressing, enveloping and delivery (physical or electronic) of mail items to eradicate resource and cost for PfH members. Mailings, ad hoc print request, signage, printed merchandise, in house creative design services, desktop mail solution are also requirements PfH are looking for in a provider. Furthermore, PfH require a provider who can stock and document store as well as manage, complete online ordering services and any other print associated service to ensure resource, and cost and storage restraints are eradicated for PfH members.

Lot 2 - Multifunctional Device & Managed Print Services

The scope of this Framework Agreement allows for the provision of Photocopiers, Printers and multifunctional devices in order to provide PfH members with the necessary hardware to print, scan and copy on a daily basis. This includes offering consumables and a variety of finance options for the machinery.

Under this lot, PfH are looking to appoint a provider who can consolidate multifunctional devices, generate efficiencies as well as advising members on how they can improve their printing to proactively reduce carbon footprint and drive cost savings. This includes software solutions such as follow-me and pull printing as well as providing members with device management software capabilities to monitor their existing fleet, so they have an up to date understanding of how they are printing and how it can be improved.

Furthermore, PfH are looking for providers who can consistently support and provide maintenance for members to prevent any period without the necessary print functionalities required to run the organisation on a day-to-day basis. Providers must be able to conduct print audits to identify areas of cost savings and print efficiency to ensure members can feel comfortable they are printing as cost-effectively as possible.
