Halton Borough Council is currently considering options with regards to the Waste Reception and Recycling Services Contract, The Council is seeking feedback from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who would be interested in providing a service within Halton for the recycling or recovery and, where applicable, disposal or treatment of various categories of Municipal Waste.
