Additional information: The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots:
The Council seek to appoint advisory services for regeneration and reserve the right to award all lots to asingle supplier. Organisations tendering to be Lead Consultant are required to tender for at least one other lotand encouraged to seek responses to the Council's requirement by tendering for all lots either alone or as aconsortium or special vehicle to be approved by the Council.
