We are currently negotiating a project at the University of Peterborough as part of a two-stage tender and are advertising the opportunity to provide a quotation for the named works package.

Before submitting a quotation, we please ask that you familiarise yourself with the B+K documents included within the ITT, taking particular note of the following:

• B+K Standard Terms & Conditions

• Subcontract PQQ (This will need to be completed and submitted with your quotation)

• Prelims and Preambles Demarcation Schedule (Your quotation should allow for any items required to carry out your works in accordance with the schedule)

Please refer to the "5. Trade Packages" folder to locate the relevant Bills of Quantities for your trade. Each folder also consists of a Subcontract Enquiry Sheet which includes a contents list of all tender documents, to aid in pricing we have marked the documents we feel would be most relevant to each package in the right-hand column.
