***THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION**** This contract has been awarded against Crown Commercial Services Research Marketplace DPS.
The concrete deliverables of this project should include:
| 1) | An inception report, which outlines the methods to be used (internal report to funders). |
| 2) | An interim report evaluating whether or not the specific indicators defined in the Impact Framework (Figure 1) are useful and fit for purpose (internal report to funders). As part of this report, the consultant should: |
| a. | Decide final indicators for the evaluation |
| b. | Comment on the appropriateness of the indicators in the DFID log frame |
| c. | Refine the Impact Framework. |
| 3) | A final report summarising the findings, with key recommendations to the funders to take the scheme forward showing the justification based on the evidence presented (internal report to funders, plus public executive summary): |
| a. | Included in the final report should be retrospective case studies and/or mapping of how grantees were able to influence policy (i.e. pathways to impact/change stories) |
| b. | A set of measurement indicators and associated procedures that the funders can use to assess the programme on a periodic basis. |
All reports must be provided as electronic copies in word and PDF with electronic access to all data and presented to the funders at one of the London funders offices.
