PP15043 Manor Primary PEP Scheme - 2015

The Works comprise alterations and improvements to a Manor Primary School, Ettingshall Road, Coseley, Bilston, Wolverhampton WV14 9UQ including services and finishing's and associated external works. The works are to be completed in four sections as described in the tender documentation and as follows: Section 1 comprises alterations to the existing buildings to provide Year 3 classrooms and associated rooms together with some external works (Area "A" on drawing 1156-A-TD-007). Section 2 comprises alterations and improvements to the existing building to provide Reception and Nursery classrooms together with the part provision of a lift and some work in work some external works (Area "B" on drawing 1156-A-TD-007). Section 3 comprises alterations to the undercroft of the existing building to provide classrooms together with the completion of the provision of a lift and some work in work some external works (Area "C" on drawing 1156-A-TD-007). Section 4 comprises alterations to the existing servery to form stores, and alterations to the first floor Staff Room, together with the completion of finishes to corridors and external works (Area "D" on drawing 1156-A-TD-007). It should be noted that the school will remain fully operational throughout the period of the works. Term times, school hours and sequencing are further described in the tender documentation. It is the intention that a single contract for the complete work package will be awarded to a single supplier.
