The scope of the Contract is the pitched roof replacement on a low rise block of flats at Burrowes Street TMO and on a pair of semi-detached houses at the Avenues TMO.
The proposed commencement date of the Contract is July/August 2016. The Works are to be completed within 8 weeks of the Contract commencement.
