Eaglewood AP School

The design and construction of a new extension to the current Phoenix Children's Centre along with the refurbishment of the existing building and associated landscaping works (Appendix A – Site Plan phase one). This will include submission of planning. Once the school has been constructed and available for occupation the classrooms will be removed by others and (Appendix A – Site Plan phase two) works will need to be completed. The proposed gross areas of work are:

Additional information: Our client is looking for a local Design and Build Contractor, based in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire to delivery this scheme. The procurement route will be an initial PCSA agreement to enable design to be detailed and planning to be submitted. The main JCT D&B contract will be entered into once Contractor's Proposals have been agreed. We're looking for a strong contractor capable of driving their own design team to delivery on a tight time frame and limited budget.
