Gateshead Council requires a system to support the maintenance and management of their highway assets. This includes the holding of detailed records on particular asset types, the undertaking of inspections, raising jobs and the processing of streetworks notices. The Successful Tenderer must provide a secure, auditable electronic Highway Asset Management System to achieve the Specification, conforming to all relevant legislation, including the Data Protection Act, Freedom Of Information Act, Disability Discrimination Act and Human Rights Act.
