The Council is seeking submissions for a review of the funding and delivery of its sheltered housing and Lifeline alarm service, following the ending of its Supporting People funding. In particular, the Council wishes to assess the potential for income generation through enhanced housing management or other mechanisms to replace the loss of the Supporting People grant. The Council also wishes to consider housing benefit and universal credit implications.
