The Department would like to appoint a Supplier to conduct research to determine the viability of creating an international standard for the privacy and security of apps and app stores based on the UK Government's Code of Practice for App Store Operators and App Developers, published in December 2022.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
