ENGIE Services Limited (ENGIE) are the Regeneration Partner of North East Lincolnshire Council, with specific responsibilities for Planning and Building Control, Economic Regeneration, Housing, Estates, Highways, Engineering and Architecture. ENGIE is currently involved in significant project delivery which is currently involving a range of activities including land interests. Consultancy support is being sought specifically to temporarily ensure the continuation of the existing workload whilst a forthcoming staff vacancy is filled. The role will encompass all aspects of public sector asset management, and is required to be provided on a flexible basis over a six month period.
