ENGIE Services Limited (ENGIE) are the Regeneration Partner of North East Lincolnshire Council, with specific responsibilities for Planning and Building Control, Economic Regeneration, Housing, Estates, Highways, Engineering and Architecture. ENGIE is currently involved in the delivery of the South Humber Industrial Investment Programme, a £30m programme of investment in commercial property to boost economic development in the area. This includes a wide range of land related transactions, and support is required on a consultancy basis to assist land negotiations in order for relevant schemes to be implemented
