description

The Library is inviting potential service and software providers to submit information and propose options and possible business solutions for the provision of an enterprise wide Business Process Management (BPM) solution which would allow business processes that span systems and teams to be orchestrated either manually or automatically.

Like every organisation of its size, the British Library executes the typical set of processes around on-boarding, leaving, performance management, expense management etc. Just within these processes there are a significant number of teams that are involved, different systems are queried and updated and particular SLAs have to be met.

Solutions should provide the capability to allow for business processes defined within the product to be executed automatically, integrate with our existing systems either by API integration or via specific pre-built components and allow for analytics to be run against data captured during process execution.
