Business continuity management (BCM) helps to ensure that our business is resilient to disruption so that we can continue delivering our duties in protecting people, communities and the environment. The main objective of this project, using our baseline data, is to carry out a business impact analysis for our national directorates. The project results will be used our business continuity plans for 2017/18.

Following evaluation we will invite shortlisted candidates to deliver a presentation at our Bristol Office on 26 July. The presentation will consist of a half hour delivery by the tenderer on the following criteria:
- Your vision of the project
- Your plans on delivery to time and budget
- What you see as the main challenges
It is our intention to notify and invite suppliers to interview by 21 July.
