The contract will provide for office and community centre cleaning, as well as a number of sheltered housing schemes. The contract is split into 3 lots, namely:
| Lot 1 | Office, including The Green Café, UCANs (known as Urban Care Neighbourhood Centres) |
| Lot 2 | Community Centres |
| Lot 3 | Residential Housing Schemes including sheltered schemes, flats and private housing cleaning |
