Framework Agreement duration: 3 years with one year's optional extension period Framework agreement with several operators.

Short description of the contract or purchase(s):

Comissioning of subject matter experts on a call-off basis to provide evidence reviews, health economicssupport and associated activities, either discrete or in blocks.

This contract is divided into lots; Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots.

Lot No1: Specialist Consultancy for Evidence Based Reviews

Quantity or scope: Providers must be able to provide expertise in specified disease areas.

Providers must have expert knowledge in the subject they are reviewing.

Lot 2: Health Economics Support

Quantity or scope: Providers must be able to provide Health Economics input to influence and shape the policy and decisionmaking environment in the economics of prevention and early intervention across the NHS, Public health andSocial Care systems.

  • You can nowaccess any attachments by clicking ‘Buyer Attachments’ in the ‘PQQ/ ITT Details’ box 3. Responding to thetender
  • Click ‘My Response’ under ‘PQQ/ ITT Details’, you can choose to ‘Create Response’ or to ‘Decline to Respond’ (please give a reason if declining)
  • You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification
  • Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT
