North London Waste Authority (the 'Authority') is seeking a contractor to design and construct the following works at the Edmonton EcoPark:
- (i)a resource recovery facility incorporating a recycling and fuel preparation facility and a reuse and recycling centre and associated works;
- (ii)a building to be known as EcoPark House comprising of a visitor, community and education centre for the wider community, office accommodation and a boat canopy and associated works;
- (iii)laying and installation of new utilities and services to the resource recovery facility and EcoPark House;
- (iv)roads and hardstanding; and
- (v)landscaping.
