Mole Valley District Council (The Council) invites tenders for the provision of the demolition of Claire House & James House and the re-surfacing of the car park and associated works.
The Commencement Date for the delivery of the works is provisionally scheduled for between late summer and early September with a contractor mobilisation period be during late summer 2024 when instructed by the client. The period for completion of the works from is 12 weeks from commencement.
The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification.
The Council is seeking to contract with an organisation that will manage the Services to the highest levels of satisfaction, professional standards and cost effectiveness. The Contractor will be expected to deliver improvements to service delivery and value for money over the life of the contract.
