Out of Hours - NHS North Durham Clinical Commissioning Group

NHS North Durham Clinical Commissioning Group proposes to commission Out of Hours Services which include centre visits, home visiting and telephone advice for the population of North Durham. The contracting authority will develop the service model to incorporate the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012, specifically: what is proposed to be procured, might improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the relevant area, (area is the geographic area for which the procurement is taking place) and how in conducting the process of procurement, it might act with a view to securing the improvement.
