Contract for the design of upgrades to the power, steam, and the Building Management System along with the design of a hazardous waste incinerator at Weybridge

The work covered by this contract will be defined by the WSP Design Study ("Weybridge Consilidation Programme Contract").

It is expected to cover areas such as:

• Detailed design of the new solution to ensure compliance with the Weybridge operating license
• Installation of interim incinerations solution to support the site requirements during design and installation of end state
• Implementation of containised rotary UPS/Generators, allowing large rationalisation of current provision
• Updating the high voltage ring to increase resilience
• The replacement of broken or aging electrical infrastructure throughout the site
• The implementation of consistent water treatment facilities for the energy buildings
• Implementation of N+1 equipment to support maintenance without putting the site at risk
• The replacement of broken or aging steam, condensate and water infrastructure throughout the site
• Removal of the water tower on site and configure new boosted water distribution
• Installation of metering
• Implementation of single command and control facility
• Installation of fibre to non centrally monitored buildings
• Implementation of single integrated outstations
• Implementation of historian and trending monitoring capability
• Implementation of new common alarming strategy across site
