Build teaching/training kitchen

The VFP is a match funded project with funds from the 2014 to 2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme (ESIF). Up to £70,000.00 maximum is available for the build.

We are a charity based, community organisation and boxing club accepting applications to offer a tender for construction of a teaching/training kitchen.

The work will allow us to extend our existing premises and create a social enterprise which will provide further education, training & employment opportunities and allow affordable meals to be prepared and served, to the local community.

PLEASE NOTE: questions relating to the tender must be made by emailing apavulcancentre@outlook.com and be received by 17:00 hrs on Thursday 9th April 2020. All questions and answers will be publicly published in the FAQ section on Tuesday 14th April 2020. This is to ensure that we can maintain the integrity and robustness of the tendering process and guarantee that answers given are consistent.

Applicants must not contact any employee of the organisation to obtain any additional information about this procedure. Any contact made other than through the email provided may result in your submission being excluded from the evaluation process.

We aim to answer questions within 24 hours of them being received.

Completed applications must be received by email on Thursday 23rd April 2020 by 17:00 hrs. Late tenders will not be considered.

Applications will be scored and evaluated based on a contractor's ability to provide the required services, within the budget allowance and the added value that they can offer to the organisation.
