WP3798 - Wellbeing Mobile Unit

The Council wishes to procure an experienced provider to deliver mental health and wellbeing services to develop, coordinate and manage a Thrive Wellbeing Mobile Unit.

The provider will:

• oWork in collaboration with Walsall Council to identify appropriate community sites
• oMobilise and operate the Thrive Wellbeing Mobile Unit across Walsall - this includes in community venues
• oAccess training and development to support with the delivery of the Thrive Wellbeing Mobile Unit
• oDevelop local communications and engagement strategies to facilitate the partnership working of the Thrive Wellbeing Mobile Unit
• oDocument the pathways and put in place governance procedures to enable the effective and safe delivery of the Thrive Wellbeing Mobile Unit in compliance with UK GDRP
• oRespond flexibly to the needs of the service users and partners
• oAddress health inequalities and the impact Mental Wellbeing has on specific communities by targeting the communities with the greatest need.

Ensure the staff and the teams delivering the service reflect the Walsall population demographics and its cultural diversity.
