description
Provision of full housing repairs service on a reactive and pro-active nature including voids, refurbishments and planned works including kitchen and bathroom replacements, External Works and Roofing. There will be 2 seperate contracts (North and South) and each will be for an initial four year period with the ability to extend up to ten years in two up to three year incriments. The overall annual value of each Lot is likely to be in the area of £4 million per annum with expenditure on refurbishments not occuring until 2017/18
