The Council wishes to procure an advice, support, managed account and personal assistant Service for people in receipt of a Personal Budget (Direct Payments and/or Personal Health Budgets) to support Service Users (including carers) to secure relevant services, either through a care and support provider or by employing a personal assistant, to meet their identified needs and outcomes. The Personal Assistant element of this Service will be accessed by the London Boroughs of Brent, Barnet, Ealing and Hounslow.
