DUD Supply of Sports Equipment 2021

Dudley MBC regularly purchases Sports equipment for use within their Primary, Secondary, Special Schools and Leisure Centres. The items listed on the pricing schedule of this document represent some of the most commonly purchased items over the last 12 month period.

We would advise that there are approximately 110 Schools and 3 Leisure Centres across this arrangement that will use this Contract.

Minimum Requirements for participation in this Contract:

The estimated annual value of this contract (based on the previous 12 months) is £30,000. The annual value should not exceed 50% of the annual turnover of the potential bidder.

Insurance Required:

Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance with the limit £5,000,000 pounds (£5m) in respect of each and every claim.

Public Liability Insurance with the limit of £5,000,000 pounds (£5m) in respect of each and every claim.

Product Liability Insurance with the limit of £5,000,000 pounds (£5m in respect of each and every claim.
