Quotation for PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner Level

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is issuing this invitation to Quote in order to appoint a suitability qualified contractor to deliver the requirement and outcomes as described in this document.

All quotations received (that are compliant i.e. submitted in accordance with the quotation instructions) will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria as set out below.

Quotations should be prepared and submitted (using Part B of this Invitation to Quote document) in accordance with section 5, Instructions for submitting a Quotation of this document.

At the Council's discretion, Applicants may be invited to clarify their quotation, as an aid for evaluators to fully understand their offers. All Applicants should nonetheless take care to fully explain their offering in their Quotation submission.

The contract will be awarded to the Applicant which scores the highest marks following the evaluation of all quotations (in accordance with the scheme described in section 4, Evaluation of Quotations).
