East Thames Stock Opportunities

The fee provided is to support the production of desktop option studies to explore redevelopment potential for 10 East Thames estates in Tower Hamlets.

This will include the following deliverables for the final report for each site:

• Key development constraints and outputs;
• 1:1000 site plans showing vehicle access routes for cars, refuse and fire access;
• 1:500 scaled block plans at all levels showing flat and core entrance locations, plant and bin store areas, lift numbers and locations, and key overlooking dimensions;
• accommodation schedules including GIA's for all new accommodation, mix and draft tenure distribution (if required);
• bike and parking spaces;
• amenity space areas;
• phasing plans (where appropriate);
• 1:500 key site sections showing proposed buildings in context;
• basic 3-d views of the scheme showing proposals in context to the adjacent buildings and any overshadowing effects; and
• precedent studies and 1 or 2 sample elevational treatments at 1:200 to indicate a suggested elevational approach.
