Princeville Primary School Phase 3

BACKGROUND INFORMATION The proposed works constitute Phase 3 of the construction of Princeville Primary School. The works will be located on the site of the former school which has recently been demolished prior to this phase of the development. NATURE OF CONTRACT The Princeville Primary School Phase 3 scheme includes several components: The provision of an access road serving a surfaced drop-off area and car park with 48 spaces. Construction of a football pitch to Sport England standards Soft landscaping works which will either be grassed or planted with low maintenance shrubs. Drainage works to the access road/drop-off area, car park, football pitch and other surfaced areas. Street lighting and ducting works The provision of a formal tarmac play area with adjacent surfaced areas Minor paving works adjacent to the school The installation of a 2.4 metre high weldmesh fence and a number of access gates to the boundary of the site and to segregate the vehicular and pedestrian areas within the site
