The GRO require a 12 month contract with options to extend, in 12 month increments only, up to a maximum service of 36 months from award, with a review at the end of each year for a maintenance and support contract to maintain and service two (2) machines (Filepecker Twin Punch and Ideal 650 Paper Shear) on site at GRO.

Once you have registered on the e-Sourcing Suite, you will need to express and interest for the Insert Title This is done by emailing ExpressionOfInterest@Crowncommercial.gov.uk Your email must clearly state:

| • | the name and contact details for the registered individual sending |
the email.
Crown Commercial Service will then process this email and assign your organisation to the opportunity. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done.
The Invitation to Tender will be issued by close of play on 14th April 2016 and therefore suppliers can register on the e-Sourcing Suite between the issue date of this Contracts Finder advert and the deadline date.
