| • | Develop a strategy or similar, for the reduction of risk of birds nesting where they could affect progress |
| • | Train Site Environment/ Ecology Teams in permissible measures that may be used to deter nesting activity. |
| • | Provide input to the development of training aimed at machine operators and site teams aimed at raising awareness and bird risk reduction |
| • | Brief on licencing and legal constraints relating to removal of nest materials, eggs & hatchlings |
| • | Provide visiting bird control personnel who can work with the site environment/ecology team and brief the delivery team, undertaking removal of nest materials, when appropriate |
| • | Provide, set up and service bird deterrent technology |
| • | Undertake falconry, as a deterrent, if appropriate |
