Nest Corporation is seeking to work with an organisation that provides proxy voting research and reporting services (the Provider). The Provider will support Nest's investment team with a number of its stewardship functions primarily around, but not limited to voting. The Provider will have expert knowledge and in-depth analysis on corporate governance as well as social and environmental practices and policies of listed companies globally.

It is essential the Provider should be able to tailor its services and be flexible to Nest's needs and requirements - which are likely to be different to other more traditional asset owners as outlined in the description of our voting process below.

The Provider will serve as an important source of information and expertise for Nest particularly during voting season. It will advise Nest on key issues and watch points ahead of companies' AGMs.

The selected Provider will support and interact with Nest on an intra-day basis primarily during voting season to help monitor and analyse fund manager voting on a subset of companies.

The contract will be for three years duration with the potential to extend for a further two years.
