Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider to deliver a Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Awareness and Training Programme. The Provider will develop, promote and provide bespoke mental health and suicide prevention awareness and training package with a range of health promotion campaigns and courses. The programme will focus on providing training opportunities primarily, but not exclusively, for Adult and Older People's front-line workers (including volunteers and community leaders) who have regular face to face interaction with citizens who are at particular risk of experiencing mental health problems. The programme will address a range of issues across the mental health and wellbeing spectrum from building resilience, to promoting healthy lifestyles for people with mental health problems and suicide prevention<b></b> Bidders must have a minimum of three years' experience in the delivery of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention awareness and training to both professional groups and in the wider community. Trainers delivering elements of the service must be accredited under the Royal Society of Public Health Mental Health First Aid instructor programme
