Tandridge District Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to provide Responsive Repairs services to Council owned dwellings.
It is looking to encourage local SMEs, by means of a four year call-off Framework to provide the service.
The work has been split into 6 Lots, by trade:
| • | Drainage -estimated value £28k pa |
| • | Electrical -estimated value £32k pa |
| • | Fencing -estimated value £62k pa |
| • | Groundwork & Brickwork -estimated value £53k pa |
| • | Guttering -estimated value = £42k pa |
| • | Roofing -estimated value = £101k pa |
Contractors can bid for a single Lot, multiple Lots or all Lots.
Heating and plumbing repairs are excluded as these are subject to a separate contract.
