Service Contract of Refrigerated Cooling Systems

Lancaster University seeks to award a Service & Maintenance Contract for an initial period of three consecutive years to a successful Service Provider for the Inspection, Service and the pre-planned Maintenance Activities associated with maintaining the effective operation of various refrigerant cooling systems located across the university campus buildings.

The Service Contract shall entail the undertaking of all statutory obligations that must satisfy all current and future Regulations relating to F-Gases and Ozone Depleting Substances. The appointed Service Provider shall undertake to implement and manage the continued planned maintenance programme of the universities refrigerant cooling systems.
