Arun District Council is seeking to appoint appropriately experienced consultants to undertake an Affordable Housing and Viability Study 2016 for the Local Planning Authority Area of Arun District to support the preparation of the Arun Local Plan. This area excludes those parts of the district which fall within the South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA).
The work should be undertaken:
| • | within a budget of £25,000. |
| • | to commence 16th May 2016 |
| • | with a deadline for receipt of the full report on 22nd August 2016 |
