West Herts College has a requirement for the maintenance of all air to air heat pump air conditioning plant and equipment assets (as listed in the Asset List below and supplied separately) across all the sites of Watford, Hemel Hempstead and two in Luton The requirement is to ensure that the plant and equipment operate with minimum trouble and maximum efficiency .
