Longrock Coastal Protection - Stage 2 - Rock Armour Procurement - Pre-Cast Cellular Concrete Revetment Ramp System (Dycel 150 or similar)

To provide a quote for a Pre-Cast Cellular Concrete Revetment Ramp System (Dycel 150 or similar) which is to form access ramps between sections of rock armour revetment. 7no. Drawings (as referenced below and available upon receipt of expression of interest) display the requirements, detail and areas that require the Pre-Cast Cellular Concrete Revetment Ramp System.

The Pre-Cast Cellular Concrete Revetment Ramp System (Dycel 150 or similar) must comply with clause 2.146 of the Specification. (available upon receipt of expression of interest).

Pre-Cast Cellular Concrete Revetment Ramp System (Dycel 150 or similar).

The total quantity required on the project is approx. 165m2.

Please provide rates for:

• The supply and delivery of approx. 165m2 (or as calculated from the Drawings)

Please specify the dimensions of the mats, weight of the mats and the no. of mats per type.

We require the mats to be laced together at the point of manufacture and delivered to site as a series of complete fabricated mattresses, as per the Drawing detail.

Please supply detail and rates for:

• the locking blocks that infill the voids and any additional stainless steel cable required.

Please also supply detail of the appropriate galvanised anchor pins and expansion joint filler board that are to be used with the proposed Pre-Cast Cellular Concrete Revetment Ramp System (Dycel 150 or similar) as per the Drawings and the Specification.

A lifting beam, attached to an excavator will be required to unload and then manoeuvre/install the Pre-Cast Cellular Concrete Revetment Ramp System; please include details and hire rates of suitable beams - assumed a beam would be made available for hire upon placement of an order.

This project has been part-financed by grant funding from the European Regional Development Fund, and Wren, and will be subject to conditions imposed by the funding bodies. Suppliers will be expected to comply with the relevant requirements and any associated regulations such as procurement, publicity, and eligibility criteria.
