Q023 - Bolton Family First Commissioned Broker Service

The Services are designed to support the Authority?s delivery of the National Troubled Families Programme (?NTFP?) (known in Bolton as Family First). The NTFP is more particularly described in the Financial Framework for the NTFP?s payment-by-results scheme for local authorities available at: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/11469/2117840.pdf. Delivery of the Services is based on the requirements laid out in the Families Outcome Plan (FOP). The Provider shall work to the requirements of the FOP and also meet the claim deadlines described therein (biannual at time of print).

Please note:

1. Price and Quality submissions must be responded to as instructed and returned. The Authority reserves the right to disqualify a Quotation if any of these are not submitted.

2. Providers are required to note the maximum word count for the Quality Questions. Failure to adhere to this word count may result in submissions only being evaluated up until the point at which the word maximum is reached.

3. Quotation submissions must be uploaded into THE CHEST portal of the Authority?s electronic bidding system by no later than:

16. hours on 14 March 2016

Providers will have open access to the CHEST portal until the above closing date should Providers wish to amend their submission.

4. THE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM USED FOR THE RETURN OF QUOTATIONS

HAS AN AUTOMATIC CUT OFF TIME OF 16.00 HRS.

IT IS IMPORTANT PROVIDERS ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR THE PUBLISHED

QUOTATION TO BE RECEIVED ON THE CHEST BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE

AND TIME AS THE CHEST WILL REGISTER IT AS A LATE QUOTATION.

Quotations which have commenced being uploaded before the closing time but have not finished being uploaded by the closing time will be registered by the system as a late Quotation.

PLEASE UPLOAD ALL DOCUMENTS AT LEAST FOUR HOURS OR LONGER

BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME.

IF A QUOTATION SUBMISSION IS RECEIVED LATE IT MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

5. Quotations submitted by post, fax or other electronic means will not be accepted.

6. Failure to comply with the above may invalidate a Provider?s Quotation response.
