This tender is to establish a multi-source GPO (Group Purchasing Organisation) Framework Agreement for the supply of medical devices used in Interventional Surgical Urology and Pelvic Health Procedures.The contract will also include training and clinical support for implementation and through the lifetime of the contract. This is a committed contract exercise with defined trusts with the ability thereafter to add, additional beneficiaries on a direct award basis provided that those beneficiaries can meet the commitment terms and conditions required. Lot 6 will not be for a committed spend as this involves new innovative products not yet established in the market. Lots 1 -5 will be committed spend.The duration of the this contract will be for 2 years with the option of extending for 2 years. TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of this contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this contract, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST AND PROCURMENT INFORMATION: This exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo Portal. Click on the relevant PQQ/ITT to access the content. Click the express interest button at the top of the page. This will move the PQQ/ITT into your My PQQs/My ITTs page. You can access any attachments by clicking Buyer Attachments in the PQQ/ITT Details box. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT.
