Market Engagement - Housing Related Support Service for Young People.

Herefordshire Council currently commissions an Accommodation Based Support Service for Young People and the contract ceases on 31 March 2018.

There is a specific focus on care leavers and other young people over 16 to whom the council has a statutory duty.

The council would welcome interest from organisations with a proven track record in delivering and managing accommodation and support for vulnerable young people with moderate support needs. The service must work towards developing or sustaining a young person's capacity to live independently.
