Fire Safety Works

ML requires the Service Provider to provide a regime of fire safety works which are reactive and ad-hoc will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Sealing of penetrations to reinstate fire protection level.
• Sealing of services to reinstate fire protection level.
• Installation of cavity barriers
• Protection systems to structural elements.
• Fire door installation & maintenance
• Installation of fire rated partitions
