Liverpool City Region Intensive Support

Liverpool City Council is looking to procure a City Region Intensive Support Service working in partnership with Knowsley MBC, Wirral MBC, Halton MBC, Sefton MBC and St Helens MBC. The Liverpool City Region Intensive Support Service will work on a peripatetic basis across each Local Authority. The service is intended to be a small team of support workers who will deliver intensive support based on an individual support plan co-produced with service users to meet their specific, individual needs. The Intensive Support Service will have a strong focus on achieving individual outcomes, including assisting service users to secure and maintain suitable accommodation. Accommodation options will vary across Local Authorities but may include shared accommodation including hostels or private or social tenancies including a Housing First model.
