Small company office fit out

Office fit out works for our new premises, which will provide us with the internal design, structure, layout and facilities that we require to accommodate our growing business and team.

Works will include:

• Installation of new carpet / flooring

• Installation of additional kitchen facilities on the first floor

• Redecoration of certain walls in keeping with the character of the property

• Removal of non-structural internal walls

• Installation of non-structural internal walls to accommodate additional internal meeting rooms

• Installation and replacement of lighting

• Installation of additional data and electricity points

• Installation of access control and security equipment

• Installation of telecoms provider's equipment and cables

• Company branding in communal areas consistent with other tenants

• Company branding in the office space

•This project is subject to receiving part funding from ERDF

Additional information: Please send all proposals to Georgina Sanderson by email before 5pm on 1 June to be considered. We will respond to you within 1 day to confirm receipt and aim to have made a decision before 8 June.

Your proposal should be itemised to the level of detail of the attached spec.

Please confirm the date that you could commence the works (assuming you were awarded the work during w/c 8 June) and how long the works would take.

We also require details of at least 1 example of similar projects that you have undertaken to be submitted with your proposal and contact details of references for there projects that we could contact.
