Construction of an extension to an existing building to provide, a classroom, hall and ancillary spaces which will provide secondary special school places for pupils with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).
Requirements for Contractor's design: Final design development of construction, detailing structural and MEP services
Provision for additional pupils must be available for Autumn Term 2023.
Building Surveyor, Cost Consultant, Services Engineer, Sustainability Consultant, Principal Designer for CDM already appointed.
