11th MAY 2020 - PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN ABANDONED

The works comprise various internal 'non-structural' works, to include

1. the strippingout of existing fixtures & features in connection with the previous use - i.e. 2 no.bedrooms at 4 floors & associated flooring/ decorations to common parts,

2. the isolation & stripping back of various existing services in connection with the location's previous use,

3. Internal fabric repairs & alterations including replacement or remedial works to selected joinery items, with full or partial internal redecoration to selected rooms/ buildings,

4. the erection of new internal features & fixtures in connection with the new use proposed

5. Internal and associated services works, to include electrical, mechanical, fire alarm and associated installations.
