DMJ Building - Cleaning and Coating of Balcony Services.

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Cleaning and Coating Services.

The work required in this tender relates to the cleaning and coating of balcony surfaces to 66 residential units located at the David Murray John Tower Swindon for Swindon Borough Council.

The estimated value range is from £50,000 to £75,000 due to begin mid June 2021 for a period of 16 weeks.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Contract Period

The contract will be for a period of 4 months commencing 14 June 2021
