description
Rochdale Adult Care, NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and partners are committed to improve the community provision for People and families facing Dementia. At the same time, we have been reviewing some of the demographic changes for clients with Learning Disabilities as they grow older and live longer taking into account the feedback from families of people with dementia.
As a result, we are delighted to offer the market an exciting opportunity to work with us on a holistic service for people with Dementia and their carers and also a residential offer for people with Learning Disabilities who are living longer lives.
Rochdale Adult Care and the CCG are keen to see proposals which utilise creative approaches in service delivery and development. Of particular interest to us are offers which align to National Guidance and Strategies for Dementia and support the vision for making Greater Manchester the best place in the world for Dementia Care.
